Explaining what a 3D site feels like inside a PDF is an argument you lose before you start. This web design pitch is the argument: the client scrolls through it, and the thing you are proposing is the thing happening to them.
It personalises with your own name, email and photo when you open your copy, so what you send has you on it rather than a placeholder.
