Terms of Service
Last updated: August 15, 2026
By accessing or using 3dCMS ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
3dCMS is a tool for building and publishing 3D scenes, including an importer that can pull content from web pages you specify. The service is provided on an "as available" basis and may change over time.
2. Your account
You sign in either with Google or with a single-use link we email you. There is no password to lose, so keep control of the mailbox the account is attached to. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your account page; deletion takes your content out of service immediately and becomes permanent after a 30-day recovery window, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
3dCMS has a free tier and optional paid plans. Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions and are billed through Stripe, which handles payment details directly; we never receive your card number. Prices and the limits of each plan are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and are what applies to your purchase.
A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not automatically refund a partial month. If a charge looks wrong, or something went wrong on our side, write to hello@3dcms.info and we will put it right. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.
If we change prices, the change applies to your next renewal and not to a period you have already paid for. If payment fails, we may downgrade the account to the free tier; your content is not deleted for non-payment, though features and limits above the free tier stop applying.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload, import, or publish content you do not own or have the rights to use. When you import a website, you represent that you own it or are otherwise permitted to copy and republish its content.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or harmful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure, or to other users' content.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and serve your content as needed to operate the service. Content you choose to publish is public and may be accessed, crawled, and cached by anyone.
6. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid takedown notices. If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to the address below including: identification of the work, the URL of the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your signature. We will remove or disable infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.
Designated contact for copyright notices: hello@3dcms.info.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will change and continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Contact
This is a starter template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it.
