Editing page SEO

Where to set a page's title, description, slug, hero copy, and more, plus which richer fields are populated by import or AI rather than by hand.

The interactive version has full-text search, a table of contents, and light/dark themes.

Each page's SEO and content lives on its page surface node. Select a page and open the Page Surface section in Properties. You can edit:

  • Page Title, Slug, Meta Description, Meta Keywords, Canonical URL, Source URL.
  • Page Role and Cluster Label (these shape the structured data and grouping).
  • Summary.
  • Hero Content: eyebrow, hero title (H1), subtitle, body text, hero image, and a CTA label + URL.

Typing in any of these is one undo step per visit to the field, not one per keystroke, so writing a meta description no longer flushes everything else out of the undo timeline.

Renaming a page doesn't move its URL A page's Slug starts out following its title, which is what you want while you're drafting. Once the scene is attached to a live site, or once you've set a slug by hand, the slug is pinned: renaming the page keeps the URL that's already published, indexed, and shared. The field stays editable, because moving a URL is allowed; it just has to be deliberate, and the hint under it names the live path (/3d/<slug>) and warns that the old link stops working on your next publish.
The page title is the document's one H1 A crawlable page opens with a single <h1> built from its Page Title. In a web text block, the h1/h2/h3 role is a size control (it picks how big the 3D text is), so a block set to "h1" is written out as an <h2> in the crawlable document rather than a second, competing title. If that block just restates the page title, it's skipped there entirely. Your 3D scene looks exactly the same either way.
Some rich fields are set by import or AI, not by hand Social links, organization details, FAQ entries, testimonials, content sections, and publish dates all show up in the published markup when present, but they don't yet have their own fields in the inspector. They get populated by website import, the AI Assistant, or a starter template. Likewise, the home flag itself comes from import or a template rather than a manual toggle, though Set as Entry page does let you name the page the bare site URL stands for: see the Entry point.

Google Search Console

To verify your domain, paste the token from Search Console's HTML-tag method into Settings ▸ Deployment ▸ Google verification. Your published pages will emit the verification meta tag.
